You are probably better than some born and bred at the English Language. Keep trying and good luck.
A sentence begins with a capital letter. Glad you used a capital for English - well done. I'll rephrase it for you. "Why don't I speak very good English?

Probably lack of practice. Do your best to practice all you can. It's always hard to learn another language.
Good luck!
added later:
I see you are from France...How tough is it to pop over on the Chunnel train and get a little practice? you could take a weekend any old time. I'm SOO jealous! It takes me two years to plan and save up enough money to take a trip over there. We're planning to do France in about a year and a half.
Et comme coincidence (?) Je ne parle pas aussi bien le français, parce-que je n'avais jamais l'opportunité de practiquer plus. (did I say that right? My french can´t be any better than your English, for lack of opportunity to practice...I think I write pretty ok, but I´ve never used it enough...Spanish was my stronger focus, and I´ve lived in Spain, therefore, my fluency in Spanish is much stronger...I would love the opportunity to immerse more...write back, we can tutor each other).

Learning a new language is very hard. I've tried to learn German and French and I don't do very well with them.
You're cute. I wish I could find a man who couldn't speak very good English.

It's not your first language I'm guessing. And you probably have an accent which is okay. You can have an accent and speak correct english. Try reading and if you have someone to help you, do so.

The main reason is because your always translating it into your language. You must think in English then you can speak and write it.

You can improve your fluency by practicing ... talk as often as you can with native speakers ... read to improve your vocabulary, grammar and spelling ... listen (TV, Dvd, Radio etc.) to improve your listening skills ...
Learning a new language is not easy, but you can do it.
English is not my first language (Le Français est ma langue maternelle, comme toi je suppose ... ), I know how hard it is in the beginning ... but practice makes perfect.

Hmm.. Even though I want to answer this properly, I have a sense of humor. So unfortunately I am very suspicious this isn't a real question.
You will be fine...Seriously

You're not bad off, considering half the people answering before me didn't speak correctly, some worse than you. ;)
