No, not true. Souls do not return to unborn babies or to any other live human beings.
Every human being has a new, original, never used before in another life, individual soul.

There are plenty of people who think they know 'the truth' when it comes to anything theological so you'll get different answers in regards to what the truth is.
The truth of the matter is that no one can prove or disprove a spiritual belief. :-)

Hebrews 9:27 and it is appointed unto man ONCE to die, but after this the judgment.
So, No, you die and you go to either Heaven or hell; depending on whether or not you've been forgiven of your sins through Jesus Christ.
