I would like to make the chocolate no bake cookies that use oatmeal, peanut butter, and cocoa powder. I'm assuming nutella would work just as well as peanut butter in them, but I just wanted to make sure. Anyone 100% positive?

That's my point. I want the taste of nutella instead of peanut butter.

I've done it. Nutella melts down a lot more then peanut butter does, so it becomes thinner. I just added more oats and they turned out great! The taste was great.

You could substitute the peanut butter for the Nutella, but you'd totally be changing the taste. If you like Nutella, that's great. If you're going for a peanut butter-y taste, you won't get it with Nutella. It's hazelnut flavored chocolate. I also don't think Nutella is as thick as peanut butter. It might work, but I wouldn't do it.

You might want to cut back on the cocoa powder in your recipe as Nutella already has chocolate in it. Sounds yummy! Let us know how it turns out.
