On a probation, you do the time for the original crime. If you were sentenced to two to ten, but get probation, and you violate that probation, you automatically get two to ten, there is no sentencing.

It will be totally up to the court as to when they can fit him in. But the time he is serving now should be applied to whatever his sentence will be. His time will be determined by what the original charge was. No matter how long he has been on probation if he broke probation the original sentence could be enforced.

There is no sentencing. His probation officer sent him in for a specific amount of time. He will stay until either the probation officer says he can get out or his probation ends, which ever is sooner.

ASk the Judge to put you on house arrest. That is, wear one of those ankle bracelets. The jail doesn't want responsibility for the baby anyhow. Usually, it's some multiple of the sentence. Nine months could actually be 6 months.

they can keep him for as long as they want 30-60-90 days and let him back out or sentence him to his original sentence.
