forget the pills, exercise is the way. There are suppliments which do work, but everybody is diff, they may eFfect you less than someone else. If your stomach is the area of concern good old exercise is the key. You could be losing weight from all over your body, and not the area you want without direct working of that area. Sit ups, crunches, leg raises will all work your abs. Hit the rower in the gym for abs too and burn more calories a the same time.
I dont think your weight is a problem at all.. but you have to be happy with you. Losing the weight isnt the issue it seems to be toning your stomach.. get in the gym but forget the pills :)

122 pounds? If you are as old as I would guess you are (16 or so)....dang. I'd call that under-weight. You need to learn what a healthy weight is for your age & height, and you need to figure out your goals.

Rapid Weightloss pills are just a quick fix. Sure the weight will come off, but for how long? Maybe a week or so? There is no magic pill, hun. It is a whole mindset change you need to get into if you really plan on getting fit & healthy, and staying that way.

The bottom line is basically what all of your health teachers have told you:
Excersize more, eat less.*
That's really all there is too it. :]

Good luck.

You are wasting your money on the pills. NONE of them work at all. Just eat right, eat the right portions and exercise every day. That's the only way you will lose weight.

And NO ONE is "a bit chubby" if they weigh 122 lbs. No one.

If you lost 10 lbs. in one week, it had NOTHING to do with the pills. They are such a SCAM and I just don't believe how many people buy them. This is what I do---investigate medications like these.

look the only way you will lose weight is the old fashion way exercise and gym. the other products you may think that they are helping but they are only making you worse you won't notice it until its too late. don't feel bad i say the same about myself.( i was weighing 120 but by doing the old fashion way i went to weighing 98 in2 weeks, i ran alot and did sit ups every night 1 more every night.

diet pills and all that dont realy work.... a good way to loose weight is to eat healthy and exersise. try special K cerial and ceriel bars... if your 122lbs it seems like ur fine. (you dont have to look like what you see on the t.v)

your only 122 lbs....your not a cow why do you think your fat? i mean if your 3'2" then maybe but if not you have nothing to worry about. and i would recommend that you go to a doc cause you may be anorexic. yeah blah blah i love food blah blah but if you think your fat when your probably not there's something wrong and you need to fix it

How about trying jogging and doing some crunches? You will look much hotter and be healthier at the same time.
