The visible universe is 46.5 billion light years in radius.

It doesn't bother me. It doesn't say anywhere in the Bible Scripture how old the earth or universe is.

Conservative estimates suggest a minimum of 14 Billion light yea-
Hey, wait a minute!! If that's true then the universe must be older than 6,000 years! You're not gonna trick me that easily. 6,000 light years.
I don't need a measurement technique, because I have faith. However, these numbers were provided to me by prominent creation scientist Em Adjineri (say it out loud).

I am not a creationist. With that being said your question is flawed. Visible implies sight. Sight varies from person to person, not to mention that it depends on the amount of light at that time to see, and the specific geographical point where they are looking from, if they are using a telescope, their own eyes, binoculars, etc.

That tactic won't change anyone's minds. Literal creationists will say 6000 light years and explain the apparent longer distances as God's little light tricks.

If the earth is only 6,000 years old, so because light travels at 300,000 kilometers a second, you multiply that by the seconds in a year and then multiply that by 6,000 and if you find that there are stars that are farther away then this distance, then this proves the earth cannot be this age.

The Hubble Constant is one method used to measure the universe. Although its a "Constant" it doesn't sound like its "consistent" - different scientists, different results.

It could really only be 12,000 to 20,000 light years across, which is far smaller than even just the milky way galaxy.
Pathetic.
