Women PLEASE HELP! My co-worker is sending me some signals after she already rejected me, what should I do?

She is 7 years older and said that she is too old for me. She then emails me and says I took her by surprise because she always thought of me as only a friend, but she did say that she may take a chance in future. After a couple days of real awkwardness, I thought she wanted nothing to do with me and was just letting me down easy. Then all of a sudden at the office party she started to flirt with me for the entire night. I walked her back to the office and was about to ask her out again when another coworker interrupted. We haven't really talked about that night since. However, she is being really nice to me now, she bought me chocolates the other day and playing with her hair a lot when she talks to me. Should I ask her out again? She is really shy and I am not sure she has the guts to ask me out? What should I do, I really like this woman and want to be with her. However, I dont want to be pushy and lose my job with some sexual harassment complaint. I really think she likes me though

Eventually there will be a fight or you will break up, and you will still have to work with them...
