Bless him - Dont worry, he'll just look a bit silly for a while - it will grow back. I have had this happen a couple of times. First time was with our Rosy Bourke Parakeet... she wasn't very friendly and my mum had caught her, she struggled out of my mums hand and flew up to the curtain rail leaving her beautiful pink and blue tail feathers behind.
Also, when I was in australia a while ago, my 2 African Grey parrots went to stay with my mum (who they love) and somehow my Little Jack lost his tail (not sure how but I think the long-suffering dog may have been to blame for that one). Mum wasnt going to tell me until both parrots started to say "baby Jack, wheres your tail" and "Jacks got no tail - wheres yer red bits" - she had to fess up then...lol. His tail gre back in about a month and hes absolutely fine.
So dont worry

Losing the feathers should not hurt him in the long run, but it is painful for him now and he may bleed. If he is bleeding, dip his rump in a shallow bowl of white flour or cornstarch. This will cause the blood to coagulate and keep him from losing too much blood. Keep an eye on how he acts for the next few hours. If he is puffy and sullen now but starts perking up and acting normally later, he will probably be fine. If he continues to act sick, and doesn't want to eat or drink, you need to take him to the vet for an evaluation.

it will be his tail feathers he has caught, they will grow back. you will see them as "pins" which look like thick white needles which the feather then sprouts from. make sure he isnt bleeding as sometimes they can but apart from that and possibly having problems flying if he ripped out a lot of feather he will be fine.

I did a similar thing to my budgie a while ago- I went to pick him up but he moved and I grabbed his tail. It comes out so easily, and it can't really hurt them. He'll be fine- just wait for it to grow back.

Hard to understand your English. Did part of his tail come off or did a feather come off?
It is your job to keep the bird safe. What do you think YOU should do?

He will be fine. The feather will grow back, it will take awhile. They lose that long feather when they molt, anyway.
