Well you could crumble them up and use them in something like maybe spaghetti or a goulash or something. You could make some Brown gravy/mushroom gravy and serve them like a hamburger steak.

If you don't like these ideas you can freeze them for a quick lunch some other time..hamburger patties always freeze very well

Good Luck!

Sheppard's Pie (This can be done with any left over meat you have. I have done it with pork, chicken, roast, etc. Probably not fish though.)

Break up the leftover patties into a cassarole dish. Mix a can of cream of mushroom, 2 cups canned or frozen greens beans, 3/4 cups french fried onions, salt and pepper in a bowl. Spread that mixture over the meat and top with either arranged Tater Tots or 2 1/2 cups mashed potatoes . Bake on 375 degree oven for 35 to 45 minutes. In the last 5 to 7 minutes sprinkle your favorite kind of cheese on top!

Assuming they are not already too seasoned with something...

Crumble them up. Use for:
tacos, taco salad, and the like
lasagna
stuffed peppers
stuffed cabage
moussaka (musakka)

I haven't eaten beef in a while, so I'm drawing a blank on anything else. Try epicurious.com or allrecipes.com or recipeczar.com. Do a search for hamburger or ground beef. All sorts of things should pop up.

Or freeze them for later if nothing else.

Make some macaroni and cheese and add the crumbled hamburger meat thats been heated in the microwave. It's hamburger helper without paying the high price for the box.

Nachos are also good. Pretty much anything that requires cooking the meat before you add it to the recipe.

I love to take leftover hamburgers, put in a baking dish cover with mushrooms, onions and white country gravy(store bought), bake in the oven on 400 for about 30 minutes. serve with baked potatoes and you have a delicious, yet simple meal!

Just throw them in the freezer and use them when you're crunched for time. Keep extra hamburger buns in the freezer as well. Voila! Instant hamburgers in a pinch!

My grandma used to make hamburger & hominy... she would shape the beef patties into hamburgers and cook them, and then add canned hominy to the skillet and cook it in the hamburger juice; serve together.
It sounds strange but the flavor of the hamburger patty with the hominy is REALLY good! I still make it at home sometimes, just to bring back memories..

Dice them up and make soup. I use rice cake from the Asian market, chicken stock, noodles, and carrot and onions. You can make up any ol' thing. The smoky flavor is fantastic!
