I am Czech. It sounds as a mixture of a very ancient Czech with other languages and a lot of fantasy to that. But the letters used are very specific to Czech language only - not Polish, not Slovakian. So, it is a nonsense! Dadaist work of art!
žablašěná - something to do with fleas
grična - shouting woman?
žtípla můra kříšťal - a nightmare stung a crystal
that would be my translation:)

It looks Czech.

But none of the words can be googled as they stand inclusive of accents. So I think it is made up, or a Cyrillic Slavic language transcribed into the Latin alphabet.

Google the words one at a time and six of them come up on Czech websites. Czech, which is a Slavic language, uses all the accents found in your sample.

This is definitely Slavic - not Polish - maybe Serbo-Croat - Czech or Slovakian - Serbo-Croat is my guess though....
