How to get back together with my Pisces ex-boyfriend?

Hi all,
I could never forget my ex-boyfriend and we've stayed friends since we broke up (years ago). We had this little fling last summer but we didn't end up together (since we both were in a relationship). We haven't talked since then, i'm afraid that he's avoiding me :(

I really want to have a second chance with him and I think he wants it too (hopefully :p) But we're both really shy and keeping the feeling to ourselves.

Should I tell him about my feelings? What should I say? I don't want to scare him away,tho, cus we haven't talked for 1 year. He's a Pisces and I'm a Capricorn.

O don't thank me, I'm mean, espacially about this stuff. For one, your never good friends, good friends can talk honestly about there feelings, SOMETHING YOU'VE NEGLECTED!!!! So don't throw that friendship crap at me, that aside, it doesn't f'in matter unless you can talk to him about it, so I guess I answered your question!! Just be honest about this one important thing, YOU DON'T HAVE A CLUE WHAT IT IS YOU WANT TO DO WITH THOSE FEELINGS YOU JUST KNOW YOU FEEL THEM!!! That way you both don't get all confused that marriage or sex is being put on the table. Its just YOU being honest about how you feel, thats it, don't turn it into something it isn't yet....... also as far as signs go, look them up for your f'in self, please, its a guide, not a direction.....
