It depends on:
1. Where the picture was taken. Was it in public? Or was it a private setting? If the picture was taken in a public setting the picture can normally be publicly displayed.
2. Who owns the picture? The person that took the picture normally owns the picture, however this is not always the case. If the picture is being used in violation of a copyright you may have a case.
3. Is the picture deceptive? If the picture makes it appear you are doing or saying something you are not you may have a case.

if theres no law broken, (copyright, defamation ect,) then nothing....legally, but creative options for retaliation abound.
