if its a picture taken in a public place, there is nothing you can do

It depends on:
1. Where the picture was taken. Was it in public? Or was it a private setting? If the picture was taken in a public setting the picture can normally be publicly displayed.
2. Who owns the picture? The person that took the picture normally owns the picture, however this is not always the case. If the picture is being used in violation of a copyright you may have a case.
3. Is the picture deceptive? If the picture makes it appear you are doing or saying something you are not you may have a case.

Don't allow people to take your picture in the first place.

Once it's viral, there's nothing stopping it from spreading through the veins of the interwebz.... and there's no stopping countless photoshop recreations of your visage.

File a crime of libel or defamation depending upon the gravity of the damage committed against you.

if theres no law broken, (copyright, defamation ect,) then nothing....legally, but creative options for retaliation abound.

first i would mail to the webmaster with the question to remove it
