If he drinks alcohol before he goes to bed it's because he is dehydrated, or he could just be dehydrated period........have him try to drink at least a half gallon of water a day and see if that helps.

Many times if you sleep with your mouth open, and breathe through your mouth, that is the only place where the air is moving in and out of. Kind of like a mini current/breeze

lol!! Because he's probably sleeping with his mouth open which will definately dry it out. He must be sucking in some serious wind to sound like he's eating pudding!!

if hes sleeping with his mouth open, the air going in and out of his mouth will make it dry. maybe a breathe-rite strip will help him breathe through his nose and he can sleep with his mouth closed.

He probably sleeps with his mouth open, and therefore it dries out. Maybe he could try some of those breath-right strips. I've heard that they can help some people breath through their nose at night.

Most likely because he's congested and breathing out of his mouth. Get the guy some Breathe Right strips and see if it makes a difference.

It gets dry because he's breathing through it. Tell him to try to keep his mouth shut and breathe through his nose.

Maybe it's because his mouth is always open in his sleep and he needs to close it.
