Poached and on toast. Not as crusty as fried eggs, just as much yolk in the bread. Excellent stuff. That failing, scrambled with some preserves.

My stomach doesnt allow me to eat eggs in the morning, so i eat them at night, i like over easy with toast/

My absolute favorite is to combine fried potatoes O'Brien, fried bulk breakfast sausage crumbled up, sharp cheddar cheese with scrambled eggs. A bit of hot sauce and toast and you are ready to go. It is delicious.

Scrambled on buttered toast. I don't like the texture of the egg by itself so much. But I like how they taste.

Scrambled with cheese and a dash of milk. Then add some hot sauce and a slice of toast. It taste light and fluffy with the milk and you get a little more calcium with the cheese added:)

Egg white (liquid, from a cardboard container) with a little salsa con queso mixed in.
Because it is quick, easy, yummy, low cal, rich in protein and gentle on my lactose intolerance.
But if someone else is cookin' em... I'll take them anyway they bring em!!
