There is no such thing as best computer to download stuff.
I would suggest to get a normal pentium 4 machine with atleast 512Mb of Ram and 80 Gb or more of Harddrive and a DSL or Cable internet connection with minimum speed of 512K.
The thing which matters the most is your harddrive and your internet connection speed.
Try having the connection with 512kbps or higher.

You mean what has the best space? Or what computer downloads fastest? There are people who build there own computers to hold the most data possible but your question is worded wrong, computers don't download movies and music computers are what holds them and what you keep them on,

Any computer that has internet access can download movies and music. The most important things are high speed internet access and a large harddrive.

Hi. There is no one 'Best'. You want lots of disk space for the movies, a good graphics card, and plenty of RAM. Lots of machines meet these criteria.

They're all about the same. Just get a big hard drive 250 GB is plenty..

i'm gonna say eMachine, because they totally pwn all noobs, cuz when I'm fraggin' noobs on dial up, i pwn them all with 256MB RAM and my 20 gig hard drive...did i mention it pwns all???!!!
