Beautiful is the ultimate, because it's a blending of looks and an overwhelmingly engaging spirit. Gorgeous is merely gorgeous, no small accomplishment either, but not nearly on par with beauty. Gorgeous fades over time, beauty does not.

Gorgeous is better....too many lames overuse beautiful nowadays its about to mean as much as "cute"
