Oh, you're making it too easy!

Toast the bagels, and top them with peanut butter and sliced bananas...Just like pb&j with bananas!

Alternately, peel and slice the apples. Toss them with a little bit of lemon juice, and sugar (brown sugar if available...cinnamon and/or cloves would also be yummy if these are in your spice cabinet). Mash the banana, and mix it with flour and more sugar (an egg would go a long way, but isn't really necessary if you have the banana). A little bit of baking soda would also be nice, if you have some in the cupboard.
Pour the apple mixture into an oiled baking dish. Pour the dough mixture over the top and bake at 350 until a toothpick inserted into the center of the dough comes out clean. Use a knife to cut around the edges of the dough, and turn the whole dish over onto a plate - tada! Upside-down apple-banana cake!

FYI, you could add the apples to the dough, and use the pineapples in as the fruit "topping".

If you want something savory, use the ravioli. If it's frozen, take a few out and let them defrost. When ready, put them in a non-stick skillet, and brown them on both sides. While they're cooking, use a mixture of alfredo sauce and tomato juice (plus spices from the cupboard, if available), to make a tasty dipping sauce.

I like to put peanut butter on my bananas... slice the banana like you were making a banana split and put peanut butter between the 2 slices.... sometimes to add some fun I add chocolate chips or granola (you could use the grapenuts). You can do the same slicing up the apple. Or make a banana, peanut butter sandwich on the wheat bread.... The shell pasta you could cook & mix with some butter (salted or unsalted).... fruit cocktail you could eat just the way it is, ravioli & alfredo sauce (or the shell pasta & alfredo sauce). You could use butter on the mini strawberry bagels. You could eat the pineapple slices by themselves.

Meal 1) Boil shell pasta, drain add alfredo sauce. Toast wheat bread, this so far is a nice small dish. then on the side of this nice dish you can make a small fruit cocktail or just have a banana.
Meal 2) Have a bowl of grapenuts a slice of wheat toast, and a banana

If you have eggs, you can make a bread pudding with the bread, sugar, vanilla, eggs and milk, bake till puffy, have for snacks, breakfast, or dessert. If you have pasta, boil it and serve with the alfredo sauce. Cheap and easy. Throw in the tommatoes for flavor and color. Or, serve your ravioli with a makeshift pasta sauce with tommatoes, celery, onions, ground carrotts, oregano, basil, garlic, salt, pepper, wine, cook down and you have a great sauce. make a hot cereal with grapenuts, top with fruit, healthy, cheap. I use to live on a tight budget and its amazing what you can pull together when you improvise. Its lots cheaper than dining out, better and more fun.
