In the Qur'an, people are asked to look around them for the signs of Allah in the natural world. The balance of the world, the rhythms of life, are "signs for those who would believe." The universe is in perfect order: the orbits of the planets, the cycles of life and death, the seasons of the year, the mountains and the rivers, the mysteries of the human body. This order and balance are not haphazard nor random. The world, and everything in it, has been created with a perfect plan, by the One who knows all.

I think we need to define sensible before this could be pursued any further, and what sensible proof that god does exist would consist of.
I'm not going to immediately argue one way or another, but if the word of people written roughly 2000 and more years ago, that has been retranslated practically uncountable times, and reinterpreted more, can stand as sensible proof, than how can you fairly discount anyone's views as insensible?

People should stop making "believing" so complicated, its just the devil trying to confuse Christians before they have a chance to make it to heaven. We need to accept the situations at hand, be thankful for our blessings and reach out to those in need. Thats the best way to deal with "why do bad things happen. if Gods behind it all". Ive done right and wrong in my life, and I feel God does exist after seeing how great thing go for me when I walk by faith, follow my Shepard and stick with the flock, when I become that hard headed sheep and stray from the flock, I always find myself surounded by wolves, my shepards not close enough to protect me, and God saying, I told you so. Im thankful that I find my way back to the flock and my Shepard celebrating my return! God is real, and knowing that, is a fortunate thing to know!

I'm not that kind of atheist.
To prove that one would have to have
a clear and meaningful sense for what "God" could possibly be.
I'm the kind of atheist that thinks that when "God" is used normally, as a proper name, the person using it fails to refer to anything.
For example, I don't think "creator of the universe" actually means anything yet.
Perhaps it will oneday.

1 - Parasitic wasps.
These are species of wasps who can only reproduce by inserting their offspring into the body of a living host - consuming the host from the inside.
Note that none of these wasps do this to humans. In fact, many of them are beneficial to humans as their regular hosts are considered pests by us. So they cannot be considered 'works of Satan' or whatever it is that theists use to explain diseases, bacteria, and viruses.
Most species of parasitic wasps are obligate parasitoids - they cannot reproduce any other way. Their existence proves that the standard Abrahamic story of the Garden of Eden (with all critters living in harmony before the Fall) cannot be true.
2 - Starving children
What kind of 'loving' God would allow small children to starve to death? Did they not pray enough or something?
3 - Televangelists
The same God who allows babies to starve to death allows these avatars of avarice to flourish.
There's three.

I see no evidence of any supernatural god.
I've never heard a voice from a cloud, or seen a talking snake, or fed a crowd with a few morsels of fish and bread, or seen a bush burn without being consumed by the fire, or seen anyone walk on water. Prayer doesn't accomplish anything for me any more than random chance does. Faith healers routinely turn out to be money-grubbing quacks. "Proof" offered by believers can be refuted by other evidence, or contradicts itself, or uses circular reasoning.
Can you offer one solid, logical, testable, repeatable bit of evidence that your god does exist?

A very nice question Brother, mashAllah. I couldn't control myself writing these verses. Enjoy reading them :)
Allah Says (Interpretation of meaning): {Allâh bears witness that Lâ ilâha illa Huwa (none has the right to be worshipped but He), and the angels, and those having knowledge (also give this witness); (He is always) maintaining His creation in Justice. Lâ ilâh illa Huwa (none has the right to be worshipped but He), the All-Mighty, the All-Wise}.[3:18].
And Allah Says (Interpretation of meaning): {And He is Allâh (to be worshipped Alone) in the heavens and on the earth, He knows what you conceal and what you reveal, and He knows what you earn (good or bad).}.[6:3].
And Allah Says (Interpretation of meaning): {Or have they âliha (gods) who can guard them from Us? They have no power to help themselves, nor can they be protected from Us (i.e. from Our Torment)}.[21:43].
llah Says (Interpretation of meaning): {We will show them Our Signs in the universe, and in their ownselves, until it becomes manifest to them that this (the Qur'ân) is the truth. Is it not sufficient in regard to your Lord that He is a Witness over all things?}.[41:53].
THERE are many more beautiful verses, but I'll stop here. waiting for the other answers ;)
