How do I recover a user's Exchange mailbox using only cached messages when the server he was on is dead?

We have a very important user who was on an Exchange server that failed. It turns out the backups on this machine were failing, as well, so all we have for a backup are his "cached Exchange mode" messages from his .ost file. We've got another Exchange server up and running, but how do we move his mailbox from the old server using only an ost when the original box is completely dead and will never be back up?

You cant just import OST, they are done in a non-standard format, you will need external software to recover them.
