The bone that constructs the base of your nose stops growing in your teens or early 20's just like the rest of your bones.

The cartilage that comprises your nose however, does keep growing.........very slowly.

Your feet don't keep growing, but your ears do.

If it's bone, it stops. If it's cartilage, it keeps growing.

Yes but till certain point to the extent of bone it has and the cartilage grows and sometimes when people put heavy ornaments on noses and ears the cartilage sags and keep dangling, I have seen. but the eyes I find in children remain almost the same except a small growth. That is the reason why people are recognized from their childhood photos with the help of their eyes first then nose and lastly ears. How about this. These are our basic feature that give substance for identification parade.

Yes, it is true. Ears and noses never stop growing due to the fact that cartilage is one of the only tissues that grows as people age.

Never? No. Eventually, you will die and decompose. I've heard noses and ears continue to grow throughout your life, but don't know it as a medical fact. I have seen some old people with gigantic ears and noses, though.

Yes and no. Your nose can change slightly with old age and such, so technically it could get a tiny bit larger. But not a lot at all, probably not noticeable, and certainly not until you've gotten quite old.

I heard that, but I'm not sure. I noticed that elderly people have larger noses than when they were younger (looking at photos, obviously).
