Any local shoers would probably be happy to sell them to you. I would check the yellow pages.

Look in your local directory (such as Yellow Pages) under Farriers and give one of them a call. Once they've been used Farriers will either give you one or maybe charge a small fee for the materials. But if you know someone with the horse ask them to get you one next time they have their horse shod, when the Farrier takes the shoes off they can request to keep them, afterall they will have paid for them!

Look in the yellow pages for "farriers" or "horse shoers". Otherwise, try a farm supply store like Farm and Fleet or Tractor Supply. One of those last two bought out the other, but I don't remember who took over who.

when i was training i used to get letters from people asking for a shoe from their favourite horse.Just go and see a local stable and they will give you one for sure.
