If you contact me directly, I would be more than happy to refer you to several good Hellenic Reconstructionist organizations. I am a member of some of them myself. Although there is not a specific conversion rite, most Hellenic Recons will tell you that we do tend to advise people to study quite a bit. This is not intended in any way to discourage you, but only to let you know that you are getting into a religion that is not easy.

I'm very glad you found a path that suits you! As a Hellenic Polytheist myself, I wouldn't neccesarily say that there are any conversion rites, per se (as you might find in some Abrahamic faiths, for instance). If, however, you would like to create a ritual to honor that, you can -- some prayers, some offerings, and perhaps some oaths, promises, or such that you would like to lay out before the gods.

I wouldn't suggest binding yourself through oaths to the gods until you've been on the path for awhile, however -- as promises to the gods are things to be taken deathly seriously, and are not required -- they are given freely but should be enforced.

For some interesting Hellenic Recon groups, you might try:

http://hellenion.org
http://www.elaion.org/

or, as other people have suggested, check Witchvox for local groups or followers. Different groups might have different requirements, so be sure to explore them fully.

Good luck on your path, and may the Deathless Ones bless your journey!

Congrats, brother. Finding a path is one of the most difficult parts of finding your religion. There is a practicing Greek pagan here - I'll star the question and hope they see it.

Until then - give these sites a try, maybe they'll help:
