Im on a strict diet,im boiling a egg,its okay for the white part but not yolk? am i right.

thanks for your help is it also 17 cal with just white?

Egg whites... Yes, is the low cal part of the egg.

From the USDA Nutrient Database,
egg white from a large egg has 16 Calories.
egg yolk from a large egg has 54 Calories.

It's ok to have some yolk, but if you want to be super strict, then just egg whites.

yes the white is good, 17 cals.
the yolk is bad - 69 cals and pure cholestorol

Eat the whites because they have no fat content and just calories. plus no cholesterol unlike the yolk which is the opposite of the whites.
