Isn't the constitution provision for cruel and unusual punishment directly contradictory to the concept of "hell"?

No, and even the devout christian Theodore Roosevelt agreed. He tried to remove the word god from all government documents and currency but was over-ruled. (he also thought it was blasphemous to put "god" on money)

there is an previous announcing: people who can, do. people who can not, prepare. Obama is a guy of action. If he had spent dissimilar time publishing articles on Constitutional regulation, I doubt he might have attained what he did. i do no longer decide everybody's intensity of understanding on a concern by ability of what proportion articles he or she has printed. There are some specialists in any container who placed up no longer something yet drivel.

God's goverment is constitutional because he governs with Law, Mercy, and Justice. Although his goverment is by no means of this worldly system of goverment the very truth of its being was questioned and challenged. Seeing that it was opposed by Satan and his kingdom it must be proven it is a constitution based on love for those governed by it. Hell will be the result of those who have opposed it in every way to commit evil. Now, this goverment was founded by those that held to the christian ideal of a church without a pope and a country without a king so it makes since they would use the word "God".

In a broad sense--since a generic Deity is not a state religion--and is referred to in the preamble "endowed by our Creator with certain inalienable rights" yes God is quite constitutional. It is simply when folks try to create a federal or state religion that He is not.

It seems to me that hell is outside the jurisdiction of the United States Government, as is god himself. That said, as some christians claim that America is "god's country", maybe he should be censured by congress for failing to match the constitution word for word.

God is a "foreign prince" and therefore Constitutionally-exempted from being required to respond to court actions in the United States.

No...separation of church and stae, remember? Besides, there are many things that are cruel and unusual that aren't necessarily hellish. (Like trolls, for example....)
