why does this walnuts taste like poison when i ate it ?????

Having never tasted poison, I can't answer that aspect of the question. I would make a mother in-law joke, but her cooking is actually very good.
However, some people don't like walnuts because they do have a bit of bitterness in the skin. I think some people are more sensitive to the bitterness than others.

I have noticed lately that walnuts that come in a bag have a very chemical taste and smell to them that has nothing to do with the bitterness. It must have something to do with the processing. Walnuts bought out of a nut bin at health food stores taste much better, but are more expensive.

Walnuts always taste like bitter poison to me. They always have. If this is new to you and you've always been able to eat them before, maybe you just got a bad one.

Sometimes you will get a bitter one just works that way same for any nut mostly it is because some of the shell may have been left on.
