He trusts you. He needs the job done, and he needs the job done well. If you feel your compensation is too low for this trust, speak to him privately. Speaking to him in a loud voice in front of the other technicians will only result in people hating you and making it unable for him to correct the situation to the best of his ability. He may also be unaware that other technicians can do a specific job that he is asking you to do. Treat him like you want to be treated - like a professional and a gentlemen.
