Oh, the wonders of alcohol consumption!
This should be a wake up call to you that if you are not in control, someone else is; In your case, the police officer trainee.

If you did not want the sex than you should call the police and file a report on the man, regardless of whether he's a police officer or not. This is still rape.
If you wanted the sex than you can't do anything about it, but I would definitely recommend getting checked out for a virus or if you are going to become pregnant.
Word of advice, stop drinking when you flirt with guys or stop flirting with guys when you drink. If you can't handle your alcohol intake you shouldn't be doing it in public around guys who want nothing but sex and then to scram.

It seems to me that you don't have a clue about what happened because you were too far gone!
So, how can you on those basis cry rape?
Do you know what your behaviour was when you two got started? Were you throwing yourself at him?
Well, he probably is not that respectable if he still had sex with you while HE was sober and you totally drunk.
But, if you were giving it to him?!
I'd suggest to you to definitely go for the check up, but as for making a complaint against someone when you had probably been initiating it, when you know that you'd been kissing him freeling and do remember that part even if not the rest, to me, it doesn't sound like you have much ground for crying rape!
The guy may not have any morals, and who knows what really happened?
But, hopefully you won't put yourself in such a vulnerable situation in the future!!!
Much worse could have happened to you!

This is one of these borderline questions, it could go either way.
But first rule of thumb is this: don't ever get to the point of drunkeness that you can not control what is going on around you, muchless remember it.
Second rule of thumb is: We don't ever put ourselves in a situation where this kinda crap happens, where we we end up with unwanted/unplanned pregnancies, possibly an std, and our life wrecked due to breaking Rule #1!
Did he take advantage of you, sounds like it. Did he rape you....well, tricky answer.... one in which the burden of proof is going to fall on you, but you were too drunk to remember your actions or what you said.
I'd chalk this one up as a learning experience and pray that you haven't caught a severe STD, or where you are going to experience an unplained, probably unwanted pregnancy. And learn to live by Rule #1, remain in control of your life and body!

Actually, it's called being foolish--that is, YOU being foolish! And this may come as a surprise to you, but you also "sleep around." That's why you ended up drunk and in bed with a stranger. The only reason you need to say something to him is if you are pregnant and the child is his. Otherwise, you need to stop behaving like a tramp!

Sounds like you were raped, definitely say something to him and if he threatens you or retaliates, tell his Sargent and he will get in trouble. BTW it is considered rape because he did it without your consent and you were passed out!!! Not right at all! If a girl had an allergic reaction to something and passed out, and a guy had sex w/ her while she was unconscious, wouldn't you call that rape?
Please ignore these other guys that are calling you a tramp- they probably have a guilty conscience, had something similar happen to them and they are just taking it out on you!!!
You are not a tramp for passing out and having someone take advantage of you- you need to intervene now- good luck

My understanding is that rape is if he had sex with you without your permission. I also have been told that...legally....you can not give permission if your are drunk. So if both hold true, you were raped.
The responsibilty is on the sober person to NOT take advantage of the drunk person

Now now , you need to stop trashing your self like that. Never mind about the whether he took advantage of you or not. Did you say no? Stop drinking your self to oblivion, and love di self more . Un - protected sex this days is suicide. Get your act together and grow up.

No He didn't take advantage of you, he took advantage of the situation. I guess we will see you on Maury Povich show girl.

Did you say no? did you say stop? if said no or stop and kept on going, then you were definitely raped!
If you gave no clear indication that you did not want to bonk,...then you were simply taken advantage of!
Either way, get checked for std's and avoid s.o.b.'s!!!
p.s. A stiff prick has no conscience!
