I don't know if you have an actual medical condition or not. You may want to go to a sleep clinic to undergo testing to determine this. Otherwise, I can speak from personal experience. Strange as it sounds, I am more rested from getting a little less sleep each night. If I sleep 9 hours a night, I am very groggy and feel sluggish throughout the day. If I force myself to get up a little earlier and get maybe 6 or 7 hours, I am more tired at first but I feel better the rest of the day.
I used to milk cows and I only got 5 hours a night. I was usually more alert than I am now whenever I take 8 or more a night. Also, physical activity right after waking helps wake me up. Consider going for a 15 minute walk before taking your morning shower.

Well first, do you take multi-vitamins? Do you drink a lot of water through out the the day? Do you exercise? Do you normally get like this during the winter time? Try this organic elixir called alive energy elixir. It gives you a lot of energy through out the day. You can purchase it at any local health food store.
