If that someone is a supervisor, sure...
Am I to understand that this person is brushing off insults to your faith, character, AND harassment? Or is said person brushing off insults to your faith and your character, and is also brushing off harassment?

I think that this person is suffering on the inside, and is taking it out on you. You need to assert your rights and if you look it up, those things are inappropriate office behavior. If the person continues, he should, if he isn't already, be fired. You can take those things to the top, you know. Hope this helps...

I save questioning of it and telling myself, "only overlook approximately it, do no longer do something" yet with the help of the tip of the day, I generally finally end up in a screaming experience with the guy who insulted me ^_^

More information is needed.
They should NOT be fired, but they should be talked to.
Discuss it with your supervisor.
