Lemon juice does not dye hair- it bleaches it. Yes, it is permanent but subtle. You can speed the bleaching process by using a hair dryer on the strands you want to lighten.

You made a presupposition, that the lemon juice contained a dye. It does not. The affect of lemon juice lightening hair color is due the the process of bleeching, not dying, and it has a rather harsh affect on the hairs texture.

I think you meant to type "permanent". The answer is no. Genetics determine what color will grow out from the roots.

preeminent means having paramount rank, dignity, or importance
