I've only had Turkey, with mashed potatoes, gravy, and that sort of thing, but hubby asked for ham this year. I have no idea what to pair with ham.

So, what I'm getting is that everything else can be the same, just ham instead of turkey. Good, because I love all that stuff and green bean casserole is a definite!

You can still serve the mashed potatos etc. The best dessert with ham is something pineapple based, though. My sister always serves ham, and she serves everything else that mom does with the turkey. Or, just serve what you do at Easter (if you have ham then)

Potato salad is easy too. Serve a vegetable tray with broccoli, carrot sticks, tomatoes, and all. Fix potato casserole instead of the pot. salad. Deviled eggs. Corn casserole. White northern beans. slaw or salad. So much more to add. have a great Christmas!

Here's my menu:

Baked ham with my own barbecue sauce
Asiago scallopped potatos
Corn pudding
Green beans with onion and bacon
Lime jello mold with pineapple, nuts, and mayonaise (yum)
Hot rolls
Jenny's Christmas Pie

Jenny's Christmas Pie:

1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
1/2 pint heavy whipping cream
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp almond extract
1 can cherry or raspberry pie filling
1 homemade graham cracker crust

Mix lemon juice with condensed milk and stir to thicken. Whip cream with extracts until stiff peaks form. Fold into milk mixture and spoon into crust. Top with pie filling. Chill for several hours.
