I can say yes.
Often, it isn't the answer we expect or hope for, so we think He doesn't or may not have cared enough.
The fact is, prayer is misunderstood. Prayer is first, a self judging. If we read through what we call the Lord's Prayer, and really think it through, it is easy to judge ourselves, and the idea being that we would correct ourselves.
Also, if we regard iniquity in our heart, He will not hear us. It is that simple.
Often, a person may come to God with a laundry list of things they want...thinking God is there to serve us, instead of the other way around. Does God give things to man? Sure, but there is always a reason, a purpose. Not all things benefit.
Sometimes, we do not really know what we are asking for. Proof of this is when James and John asked Christ that when He came into His Kingdom, that He should give it to them to sit on His left hand, and right hand sides...positions of importance. He plainly told them they did not know what they were asking for. It had been prepared for others.
He was right, for when Christ entered His Kingdom, He was on the cross, and two others were at His sides.
We must also ask according to His will, and with faith without wavering. We cannot be double-minded and expect to receive anything from God. This we read in the Epistle of James.
Often, our prayers seem to go unanswered. But, the faithful and knowledgeable Christian will understand, and still trust God completely.

No, God doesn't answer all our prayers. He does what he thinks is right for you. If you pray that this girl will marry you, and he doesn't answer your prayer, then she probably won't turn out to be a good wife!

God is answering your prayer if you satisfy this condition:
your prayer should be direct to your god,and no one else has the right to be worshipped except your creator,so your prayer should only for your god.

God answers every single prayer, just because you don't get what you want doesn't mean that he didn't answer.
