Can the M1 in Manhattan from Chambers street take me to Union Square Station on a saturday?

I'm trying to get to the movie theater that's on 850 broadway, and i live in downtown manhattan, by chambers. I hate the subway, so i want to take a bus (no transfers) to Union Square Station that's pretty close to the theater. Is the M1 okay?

yes it is; it will leave in the middle of union square
