3B software claims it scans the Windows Registry for invalid or obsolete information in the registry. When you fix this information it will make your PC run faster and will make your PC error free. By using a registry cleaner regularly and fixing your registry, your computer will become more stable and help Windows (and your software) run faster and more dependable.

I am not famliar with that specific program, but normally a registry repair program will read through the registry of your computer (a series of files with information abou the hardware, software, etc installed on your PC) and clean out any information left over from old programs that did not properly delete, hardware you no longer have have install, ID that have been deleted from the computer, etc.

Over time, as junk like that builds up, it can cause the computer run slower. It has to look through lines and lines of old garabge for the current information.

A good FREE registry cleaner that you can download is CCleaner from http://ccleaner.com

Includes not only a registry cleaner, but routines to clean up temp files, Internet files, and other things like that which can slow your PC.
