Just try and relax, as mentioned previously talk to someone, a friend, a family member, a trained professional. Try and identify the feelings and the thoughts you have and look at ways you can try to deal with it, either on your own or with help from others (eg. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy an effective treatment for range of conditions).

Me personally have had a serious breakdown within the last three years which the professionals defined as Psychosis, does not mean to say that you have this. After much help from family, friends, trained professionals, medication and time off work I have fully recovered. However their were times when I really thought things would not get better and I was going to remain insane, when really the modern world was just picking off another victim.

But DON'T PANIC! Anyway you sound quite sane to me, relax and hope this was helpful, have a Happy Christmas.

It's too early to file a "missing sanity report", however, we have reason to believe that it just might be a technical difficulty in the network that our technicians our working on identifying the problem, and will report back to you with a solution, in due time. In the meantime, you do know the difference between right and wrong, yeah? Early prognosis: sanity intact...happy christmas(, which Marcos hates that that I say; Merry Christmas, Marcos!)

I don't think you lost your sanity.
You are sane enough to be wondering about this.
People that lost their sanity may not realize it is missing.
You are trying to hold onto it because you do not want to lose it. Talk to someone about how you are feeling.
It might help.
