do you think it’s possible to inject yourself with 3 times the lethal dose of heroin in your bedroom then walk to your living room, turn on the tv and sit on the couch

I answered the same question few weeks ago and I would give the same answer, NO!

Assuming the route of administration involved here is by INJECTION: When heroin is injected, peak levels in the brain occur within minutes. Soon after injection, heroin crosses the blood-brain barrier and the levels in the brain can rise so QUICKLY.

Abrupt entrance of heroin into brain tissue can possibly take place in a matter of 10 to 20 seconds after the usual intravenous injection. The maximum lethal dose (the highest dose of intravenous heroin a severe heroin addict can withstand without immediately collapsing into a coma and/or immediately dying) could had been administered midway the injection and had caused the effects.

It would be therefore impossible to think that a person can walk from the bedroom to the living room after injecting a triple of the lethal dose of heroin. Obviously, the injection process itself takes a considerable amount of time that the lethal effects of the drug possibly could had taken place while the needle is still in the injection site. The person could immediately be incapacitated or an instant death could possibly happen though death could be delayed. Remember that heroin which is converted into morphine after the intake ,depresses the central nervous sytem and breathing could stop that instant.

So to say, the lethal effects could had taken place and the person could had been KNOCKED OUT even before completing the injection, so it would be very impossible to move to another place.

I suggest that it may be better to do the injecting when you are already sitting in front of the TV

probably not, you would start to seizure pretty quickly so unless its a really short walk then no.
