... and had a headstone with a giant cross on it... That would be the deceased person's right to have a big cross on the grave, and I don't think anyone would deny that.

But then, let's say that someone died and their plot was right beside your loved ones grave. What if that person was a devout Wiccan and they chose to have a big pentacle on their grave?

Would you have a problem with a pagan symbol being displayed on a grave right next to your christian wife, mother, father, grandmother, whatever's?

If you know the full Truth of God and His master plan for mankind, then what difference does it make? All humans who have ever lived (notwithstanding the incorrigibly wicked) will eventually inherit the Kingdom of God.......As Peter wrote, "The Lord is not slack concerning His promise, as some count slackness, but is long-suffering toward us, not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance" (2 Peter 3:9).........http://www.ucg.org/booklets/AD/index.htm

No, why would I have a problem with it? What has what someone buried next to my grandmother, mother, greatgrandmother (whose headstone is a big stone cross) have on their headstone have anything to do with anything?

Edit: *rolls eyes at the answer beneath me* if your relative acted as you do answering this question I wouldn't hold my breath that they would be part of the first resurrection.

I couldn't care less what a Wiccan wants on her grave stone. Go crazy.

I'm Pagan so no. I would not have any problem with anyone's headstone next to mine or what they had on it.

nope, just because someone of a different religion is next to a family member of mine, doesnt mean they are somehow affected in heaven. All in all, it doenst matter.

I would say that it's not my business if the wicked deceased put a pagan symbol on their grave, it's not YOUR loved one's grave. The important thing is what's on your/your relative's grave. People will know that when they come to visit.
Also, in the end, it won't really matter, because only your relative will be resurrected out of the grave when Christ returns; the other will remain in his/her grave for another 1,000 years, to await the resurrection of damnation.

God knew me before I died and he will remember me after I die. He will not judge me by some one else's mistakes
