What is 3bandhar?

People will say 3 monkeys or 3 bandhar,can anyone answer me wt exactly this mean?

Well .I think it's arabic and the number 3 here is the substitution for a letter in arabic which has a semilar shape but in an opposite position this sound is pronounced from the deepest part of the speech system,no other language has this sound.

3bandahar means "Im calling out" in arabic
