I've tried asking this before, but I still get the "free credit report.com" answer.

What does someone do to get their credit report (score) if they had no computer access?
Is the world at the mercy of the 3 credit bureaus? What can I do?
I don't want to believe that this is the only way.
What do people in other countries do?

call 1-877-322-8228, or complete the Annual Credit Report Request Form (link below) and mail it to: Annual Credit Report Request Service, P.O. Box 105281, Atlanta, GA 30348-5281

So yes, you can, but it just takes a week or so. I've never done it so I actually don't know how long it takes.
