i have a dull pain which switches frm one 2 the other. mostly in the
left one. sometimes the left leg hurts as well. i'm living with this for about three years. pls help.

Another thing to check is to make sure your underwear is not too tight. If you play sports, get the right sized jock strap as one too large would allow too much movement and bruise your testes, one too tight would also cause problems and throbbing pain.

Do u have a problem with kidney stones? my husband does and will get pain in his testes before he passes one. That or it could be an inflammation. But if it has been happing for the past three years I would get a Dr. to check it out to find out whats going on. People on here can only guess.

Sometimes it's due to too much blood flow in the testicles. Or it maybe hernia. Go see a doctor and maybe have an ultrasound of the region. I think this problem should be sought after, instead of leaving it alone.
