Yes, a friend of mines went to H&R Block and got back $400, try it it might work. I wanted to but I need all of mines come taxe time. I know she said theres alot of stipulations but hey you never know.

Only H&R Block, and only if you were a customer in 2005 or 2006. It's a line of credit limited to $500. There are significant fees and high interest charges, making it less than a sterling deal. It is not linked to your tax return but is an independent line of credit.
