Maybe you're a nice guy. I mean, girls only want (until they become mature, anyway - in the ready-to-settle-down aspect) the bad boys and players.
Do you have a Harley/tattoos/ripped up jeans/badass boots or the unshaven look? If not, then you may have to outwait her.
Or she could just be polite. I always smile and laugh at people's stories, but if I'm not interested in them as more than friends I always mention something about a significant other.
Where does she look when she looks at you? If she makes eye contact for a second too long, she digs you.

Just because she said she had a boyfriend doesn't mean anything. I know girls who say that and their not in a relationship. I wear a wedding ring and I'm not married. I do it to avoid being picked up when I don't feel like being bothered. Maybe she's just being nice and your mistaking it for something more.
Why? Do you like her?
If your wondering if she actually does have a boyfriend, ask her a question. Something not so obvious. Ask her an opinion question; asking what her boyfriend might like. Then she what she says.
Who knows, maybe she's just a confused girl.

She is interested in u, but obviously by her statement about the boyfriend that she probably is not happy in that relationship and said it , like, i have a boyfriend and i am not comfortable with it anymore.
Or she is happy with her boyfriend and does this alot with other guys and is just letting u know where she stands so u either dont try to pursue her in that way and just be friends or so u know that she wants to sneak around but not give up her boyfriend.
Be careful. Let her continue doing what she is doing and see what she says or does next. And evaluate the situation then.

She's probably just having a good time. Girls like to think that boys like them, and it's possible that you're cute enough that she'd be interested if not for the boyfriend. It's also possible that she's just a happy sort of girl who laughs when people are funny and occasionally looks at people. Either way, just be yourself and everything will work out just fine.

well she could be a very flirtatious girl who thinks your cute or she may be a unfaithful gf looking for a good time. If i were you i would wait for an moment like when she hugs some guys or something and just ask "oh so thats your bf???" and see what she says.If she says no then she most likely is really liking you and wanting to go out with you if she says yes then be glad your not the one going out with her XD

She likes you but has a boyfriend. Just flirt with no expectations. Have a few drinks with her and see if she comes on to you.

sometimes ppl appear to flirt without intending to. trust me i used to a lot i had to work on it. she might just admire you as a friend. anyways you can always ask in a tactful way how are things with her boyfriend if your both mature enough( PS i don't know how old you are but if your under age 12 it might not work)

She got a bf but she want you bad from the way you said it. Flirt with her back and she might even leave her bf for you. You might seem dirty for taking her away from her bf but if you like her alot it might be easy.

shes just having a bit of harmless fun by flirting with you. We all do it, partner or no partner. I wouldnt look into it too much, just enjoy the attention whilst it lasts.
