She will do as she wills if she wants to, but in Islam it is not permissible, it's haraam, and would be counted as adultery if he doesn't convert, as long as you have advised her regarding this, the decision is then hers to make. I hope she will find an Islamic solution to this.
Good luck!

There are lots of opinions between the ulama' from all over the world because in Islam, we have at least 5 major divisions. Every division has their own opinion and fatwa about this based on al Quran, al Hadis, as Sunnah and ijma' ulama'. But, there is one well-known ulama' named Imam Yusuf Qardawi. After full discussions with the ulama' from US, he gave out a fatwa that the marriage between Muslims and Christians are legal as long as the Christians had promised to convert to Islam.
if you are not sure about my words, please make lots of researches and if it was wrong, don't ever use my words.
Assalamualaikum

It is haram for her to marry a non-Muslim. She can find a non-Arab Muslim if she wanted to. People revert all the time.

If the Christian guy were to revert then he would be Muslim and there would not be a problem.

The meaning behind this is so that any children they may have will be raised Muslim

Edit: If you are 15 then why are you even thinking of marriage. Get an education first

The marriage would not be Islamically valid and they would receive no Islamic marriage certificate. Meaning, if she wanted to go on Hajj, it would become difficult for her.

If he converts, that's good. But he would have to convert before they get married.

But, yes it is haraam. Everytime she slept with her "husband", it would be as if she was committing adultery.

She's probably young and being stupid. There are plenty of Muslims that are not arab or from Asia. My sister married an italian-russian Muslim, so she just needs to get over herself.

And don't follow Gordon's advice. God WILL mind if she breaks this law because the law is established in the Qur'an.

Christians/Jews are ahyl kitab (people of the book), not mu'mins (true believers)

According to the Koran, a Christian man must convert if he wishes to marry a Muslim woman.

HOWEVER-

The Koran also speaks of Mut'man (litteraly: Beleivers). These beleivers are commonly beleived to be included in the afterlife, and if so, it is safe to assume that this means that if God lets them pass into heaven, God won't mind Mut'mane'een (plural) and Muslims marrying each other.
