You defenitely have the right to know about his past sexual history! In this day and age I don't know what woman (or man) wouldn't question their partners about their past history! Don't back down, tell him 'we are not going to be sexually active together until I know' and if he refuses not to tell you than you probably don't need to be with him anyway. Honesty is the most important part of any relationship!

No, you do not have the right to know.

It is his life and not yours.

Further, the past it the past. Leave it there. If you try to find about it you will definitely find something you dont like and that will haunt you and your relationship.

Why is it so important to know how many girls he has been with?

Good Luck.

It doesn't matter. Besides, he will probably just lie to you about if you push him. As long as he has a clean bill of health it doesn't matter. Make sure he gets tested for all STD's and use condoms.

And you will benefit from him experience.

I learned a long time ago..don't ask and don't tell.

that's tough, i wish my guy was more open it's like pulling teeth to get him to talk about anything in his past. i play the i told you something now you have to tell me something game, it works pretty well because it lets him know its not just an interrogation.
