I felt sick and it was so weird out of no where. I am on medicine for a sore throat and I started to feel all weird like my head felt foggy and dizzy. DO you think it could be the medicine. It went away now but it felt so strange.

I feel like this when I have the flu and sometimes with a cold. I look at it as the body's way of telling you to get some rest. Some of teh cold medicines that contain antihistamine can also cause this, or make it worse.

For you it was the medicine.
If it's chronic, it's usually toxins in the home or work environment, like fragrenced products or sovents or combustion products from gas appliances.

I know sometimes its hard to eat when your throat hurts, if your not eating right your blood sugar may have dropped.
