I would like something quick an easy not shephards pie tho thank you look forward to your answers

This is what I like to do. Take about 2 lbs of ground beef, add I package of dried onion soup mix and mix well. Form into meatballs. Brown slightly and then add about 1 cup of water. Simmer about 30 minutes. You can check it and add water as it cooks. Then thicken to make gravy; the soup mix makes a flavourful gravy as it cooks. Serve with mashed potatoes. You can also add rice in with the soup mix, but you have to simmer longer, about 45 minutes, to get the rice in the middle cooked properly.

******Beef Stroganoff Casserole

Ingredients
1 lb. Ground beef
1 can Cream of mushroom soup; condensed
8 oz. Sour cream
1 can (small) black olives; sliced
1 can (small) mushroom stems and pieces
12 oz. Egg noodles
Directions
Cook egg noodles according to directions and set aside. Cook ground beef until it is no longer pink. Drain off grease. Add soup, sour cream, olives, mushrooms, and noodles and cook until heated through.

Serves 4

**********RANCH STYLE HAMBURGER BEAN PIE
3-4 (15 oz.) cans "Ranch Style" brand beans
2 lbs. hamburger meat
1 lg. onion, chopped
Your favorite cornbread recipe for topping
Pour the beans into a 9x13 inch baking pan. Fry hamburger and onions until done, seasoning while cooking with salt and pepper. Drain. Mix together with beans in pan.
Make cornbread batter and spread over top of bean mixture. Bake in 400 degree oven until cornbread is done in the center. Great served with fried potatoes.

How about a goulash? Mix the beef (cooked and drained) with pasta and tomato sauce. My mom always added corn and diced green peppers.
