Mmmm soooo good!!! it's nice to put out little blocks of cheese, a dark dry burgundy wine, and some cut up french bread, dip the cheese or bread into the wine and Mmm Mmm good!!!

Oh Yeah!

There are some combos of reds and strong cheeses that are 'to die for'.

Another good combo: Cabernet Sauvignon and dark chocolate -- mmmm!!! (it doesn't work with Merlot, Zin, Syrah, or some big Bordauex blends even with 70% Cab)

a good table red (like Cabernet or Beaujolais) and some sliced mozzarella and sharp cheddar served at room temperature---the best!
