depends on the accompanying code. drug or alcohol issues: no way in heck.
National Guard ONLY takes RE4s on a case by case basis.
you have zero chance in Navy, AF, CG and Marines. Army, again,depending on the narrative code, you MIGHT have a slight chance.

N O, with a RE-4 0n your discharge papers, DD214, you cannot enlist into any of the US Armed Forces, unless you can get a waiver.
This depends on what the RE4 code has in it!
See a US Military Recruiter, they will be able to explain this better!
