Just how would anyone be able to know if your an Ateist? Is there a blood test? Or do Atheists glow in the dark? Why would the FBI be wasting their time chasing shadows? Maybe you asked this question because you want the FBI to go after the "Atheists"?
Germany is declaring Scientology, a fraudulent organization!

I know for certain that it wouldn't be the FBI, but rather the NSA. That's just the type of activity they pursue, if only for training exercises for their new recruits. FBI tracks individuals who pose a clear and present danger to our national security. NSA tracks personal info on everyone else because they have unlimited access to everyone's social security and tax info.

I think they keep a file on the leaders of all organizations that are of a decent size, but not each individual atheist.

I can't imagine why they would want to keep a file on me. I'm really not that interesting.

Well since apparently we "don't believe in anything", the file would be pretty small, no?

I don't think they're organized enough. If they tried, they'd probably screw it up, or be 30 years out of date.
