I am a follower of Jesus Christ.
Some call that "Christian".
I simply believe in Jesus of Nazareth and do what He asked. He never called His followers "Christians". He called them friends, believers, disciples.
Jesus had the most trouble with "religious" people and he told His followers, "Do not be like them". It was "religious" people who had Him crucified. Why would anyone want to be "religious" when Jesus condemned "religious" people.

Jesus wants to have a "best friend" relationship with us. He does not ask anyone to jump through hoops to win His approval, which is what "religion" is all about. Religion is man's attempts to make himself good enough, by way of his own man-made rules and standards.

Just believe.

I'm taking your question to mean that you are inquiring as to my spiritual paradigm ... and in that context, I can answer that I follow the Hawaiian spiritual paradigm known as Ka Hana Pono ... the daily practice of living with Aloha Spirit. Malama pono kakou e hanaoli makahiki hou!

Non-religious (currently). I have pagan and animistic leanings though. I believe in God, but I shy away from organized religions. I believe in life after death and a spirit world. I also accept science and evolution.

just like my clothes, I don't buy into "Labels'.

Live a Good Life, Get a Good Life in return.

I do believe in God but only that we received Life from God. The world is a gift to all that live on it and we are not truly respecting that gift or the living things on it.

Well if you have to call it religion....Buddhist (more on the zen side), although I see it more as a way of life and I've heard that the atheist tag can be applied to it as well.

I am spiritual but not religious. I do practice Buddhism but it is not a religion. Any inkling of religion in my heart and mind is a pinch of this and that from various religions.

Not sure what the point of your question is, but I'm a non-denominational Christian. I love Jesus and that's all that matters to me!
